We always follow the standard required by USA or Europe government, such as lead content and phthalate. For each item, we always send samples for testing per customer's request to make sure that all items meet US or Europe safety regulations.
All of our Children items selling to USA or Europe can meet the new safety guidelines of CPSIA2008 OR EN71 1.2.3.
a) Physical and Mechanical test conforms to ASTM-F963-07, 15lb pull test
b) Flammability - Burn rate < 0.1 inch per second
c) Lead content for all components & materials < 300ppm
d) Phthalate content for all components & materials < 1000ppm
e) Lead surface coating or paints < 90ppm
We have the following testing procedures to guarantee that all you purchase from us is completely safe.
1) Factory selection
We only cooperate with the factories that always ship items to USA or Europe ,and can offer us guarantee on production, quality and safety.
2) Material selection
Before ordering material, we ask the makers to send material to the local valid testing lab to do testing on lead and phthalate content. Our standard is lead content less than 80ppm and phthalate content less than 500ppm. Only the material meets this standard, and then we accept the factories as our approved suppliers and purchase material from them.
3) Paint selection
We use brand paint. We always ask the makers to show us documentation (on a regular basis) that the paint they supply complies with surface coat standards. Also, we ask the makers to do chemical test in the local valid testing lab. The lead content must be less than 60ppm then we purchase the paint from them. We only purchase paint from our approved paint suppliers.
4) After sample is approved, then we start mass production. We pull samples from production line and send them to your appointed testing lab to do testing. After the test passed, we then allow orders to be shipped.
